Tarah Friend Cantore was inspired by her grandfather to be a kind, loving, and generous person with the ability to tell a good story. She shares her light-hearted stories of her early childhood, particularly involving her Grandpa Hall and her brother, Keith. Then, Tarah delves into some difficult losses and challenges in her life, including those within her relationships. She exercises her vulnerability, as she communicates her journey of hope, joy, love, and compassion. Tarah and Vinnie, her husband of 30 years, have raised two beautiful and intelligent adult daughters. Like Tarah, both her daughters, Brittany and Molly, work in healthcare. She lives in the Upper Valley, a community within the bordering states of Vermont and New Hampshire. Beyond her long career as a physical therapist helping others, she has recently learned self-care and the ability to express herself through painting and writing.
