Cops are "Untouchable" and there are many legitimate reasons for that, but it makes your life very closed off and lonely. Most just retreat into that shell and are content to live that way forever. Unfortunately forever seems to come very soon, complete withdraw from society, drinking to excess and, in far to many cases, suicide. I didn't want to end up like that but that was the way I was headed.I began writing poems in letters to a woman I was dating and didn't even realize I was doing it.I also didn't realize at the time that writing the poems was a way to reach out and touch those people I was writing to. It also gave them permission to "TOUCH ME."
