Get while it's cheap.

An older book published around the time of TQM though it does finally mention 6 Sigma--a history book. You'll get the scoop on the "godfathers" of quality: Deming, Juran and Cosby. This book is a compilation of articles but it does present them in an orderly way so you're reading about quality, mainly as it applied to manufacturing, in America. I'll just finally say 6 Sigma did not come out of nowhere.
