Total Devastation: My Story

My entire life I have been able to just walk away from anything and start over with no problem. I am a single, forty-eight-year-old woman with three grown kids, and for some reason I can't just walk away this time. I asked my higher power (I am spiritual), "Can you please just take me now, I cannot take anymore." He keeps letting me live. I could not be that lucky. Even though I don't believe in luck. I have been to the doctor and even though I have battled with depression in the past I am not depressed. I am broken beyond repair. Total devastation. It is not only my life it is the entire world and there is nothing I can do except tell my story. TARA HERRING graduated from TESST College of Technology in Virginia and George C. Marshall High School in Falls Church, Virginia. She hopes sharing her story will help at least one person not feel alone and will give them hope. She also wants to give her mother the positive credit that she deserves for being a loving mother. This is Tara's first book.
