Britain is in crisis.
Between 2010 and 2025, the wealth of the top 1% increased 34 times as much as that of the bottom 99% combined. Today, 11 million people rely on food banks, with nearly 3 million emergency parcels handed out every year, and 15% of our children are skipping meals, not eating while hungry, or going a whole day without food. The Conservative Party is calling for a further 47 billion in cuts- 23 billion of which target welfare-while Reform UK promises even deeper, uncosted extremes.
