The main issues with their use in diesel engines are the high viscosity and poor volatility of these vegetable oils. The method of transesterification will solve such an question. The present work deals with the specification, study and fabrication of a Toroidal piston bowl profile with tangential groves on the top of piston on the regular piston of a diesel engine with hemispherical combustion chamber. The characteristics of efficiency, combustion and emissions must also be studied using biodiesel.
