The Earth has gone through a global natural disaster, and the people are recovering and rebuilding. Many escaped the disaster by relocating to the moon, Mars, and the moons of Jupiter which were all made habitable by the scientists, engineers, and governments of the world working together. The criminal elements also escaped. On top of all this, it is discovered that a highly advanced branch of alien humans are studying the Earth as a possible new home. The criminal elements want the new alien technology to use to rule the galaxy. Captain Hawk's job is to stop them and protect the lives of the scientific leaders who have revolutionized space travel with the aid of the aliens. After two failed kidnap attempts, the criminals launch their most daring and unexpected attempt to kidnap the daughters of both the alien leader and the lead scientists. Hawk must find and rescue them before they finally get the technology they need to take over the galaxy.
