Anderson is once again hunted by persons intent on his death. He and his wife Angela are on the run. He must remember the old techniques and get himself back in shape to even the odds. He is a world class rifle competitor, but needs help with tactical marksmanship. He enlists the help of an old teammate from his years in Laos during the war. Joe Two Dogs is a Apache Indian living in Arizona, and he turns to him for help. Another man from Thailand, the son of a friend from the war, named Bill is a Thai Special Forces officer and decides to help Anderson. The senator, code name, Leupold, was the man behind the murder of his father. The three of them battle against overpowering odds to stay alive.
