4 year old girl twins love it

We first got this book from the library. My 4 yr old twin girls laughed throughout the whole book. They told everyone that they met about this book and the the things that happened. They also loved to read this book by themselves too. For a level 3 book it impressed me that they were able to read it without being intimidated. Note, though, that at this time they were reading level 2 books by themselves. After we brought it back to the library they kept on asking to check it out again. Therefore, we got it for their 5th birthday. They were so excited to get it.

Math meets reading!

My 6 year old son loves math, but his teacher told me he has trouble with "number stories" (what we used to call word problems) and with reading comprehension. This book (and the similar ones from this series) are perfect! The math laced throughout the story really kept his interest and he seemed to pay attention for longer periods. He asked to read it again and again!
