Dated Effort

Alas, I found it a bit over done, and outdated (2012). The description of a tomato falling from a truck and bouncing down the highway was memorable. You will most likely learn nothing new from the book at this point in time unless you have been living under a culinary rock. Pick up something on the philosophy of farm to table cooking and get a more balanced picture of agricultural practices both good and bad.
