Great choice for all ages

My kids love this book and so do I. We use it to get in the mood for Halloween and trick-or-treating. It's written in rhyme so it's a good poetry lesson too. I'm reading it to my son's class for their Halloween party.

the SPIRIT of Halloween

This is our second year reading this book at Halloween time. My son is now three. We both love it. It seems to really capture the idea behind the holiday. The fun, friendship, neighborhood spirit and a bit of the holiday "spooky" magic and of course the treats along with reminding us to remember our manners.
