This notebook is designed to be given to those who have been incarcerated to develop themselves through prompt journaling, writing their thoughts and feelings that they can then read later in life., write letters to their children, parents, family and loved ones.

This notebook is a great help to prepare them to rejoin society no matter how much time they have spent while away.
