The 2003 Gulf War between the United States and Iraq was brutal. Over 100,000 tons of bombs were dropped on Baghdad and the surrounding region. Military deaths were more than 25,000 and civilian deaths over 80,000. A'isha a fifteen-year-old girl was the sole survivor in the Al Mariah Bomb Shelter. Her parents, her siblings, and all her neighbors were killed. A'isha vows to avenge these deaths.
Under the control of Saddam Hussain, a massive Biological Attack is planned on the United States. The United States is to be destroyed as a super-power. Using the new field of genetic engineering a super virus called "Flash-Fire" is created and released upon American soil. The attack and the United States response will leave the reader thinking.
