This is not the original book that it is advertised as and it’s completely different.

This is not the original book that it is advertised as, it’s completely different. Plus the condition was supposed to be very good but there is food splattered on the back and it’s hi-lighted all the way through. Very frustrating, waste of money.

Abusive, horrible book. Please do not read this.

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker treating youth and families for thirty-seven years not. Twelve in a large child protective welfare agency. This book is written by an extreme fundamental Christian couple, Michael and Debi Pearl. They are controversial and well known in evangelical Christian circles primarily for advocating horrific, abusive and inhumane ways to " biblically" discipline children...some as young as babies and toddlers and they celebrate immediate, unquestioning, mindless, passive conformity. They instill this docile like behavior by threats, intimidation and beatings. They give explicit instructions on what to buy in the local plumbing section of your local hardware store...implements to beat children!! Please beware and never, ever read such a book.

🤗

This book was helpful. Very practical, and easy to read. They really encourage Parents to Make memories with their children and to enjoy their children. They encourage parents to teach their children Not to do wrong behavior instead of disciplining them for doing wrong behavior that you’ve never taught them not to do. Very helpful and I think you can avoid a lot of trouble with your children if you start from the beginning teaching instead of disciplining. The principals are pretty good 👍🏿
