The warnings presented in the book of Jude resemble the numerous spirit-filled churches with which I have been acquainted throughout my seventeen years in ministry. Unfortunately, many of these same congregations have drifted into doctrinal compromise and spiritual lethargy because of the four age-old agents of destruction. Many of these assemblies, once strong and towering beacons of end-time Holiness Pentecostal revival, have unfortunately succumbed to spiritual sleeper cells that have erupted in their congregations, causing spiritual damage that will last for generations. Jude's writings to these assemblies almost seem like a modern news article detailing the carnage that has been left in the wake of some horrible spy war that has leaked into the public sphere.
