A dreamy, sweet, poignant book

I discovered this book when my son was preschool age, and I think I loved it as much or more than he did. It is a gentle, warm, sweet fantasy that draws the reader into the natural world, experiencing it as the rabbits in the story do. Just as gently, it draws the reader back into the world of the "people we love." A tender, beautifully illustrated book for all ages.
