To Life

It is not death that a man should fear, but he should fear never beginning to live. (Marcus Aurelius) The environment you fashion out of your thoughts, your beliefs, your ideals, your philosophy, is the only one you will ever live in. (O.S. Marden) Man lives his life in a maze and with blinkers blinding his vision; he is ignorant as to how to live optimally whilst in the maze experience; ignorant that the maze experience is meant to terminate once he has lived all of the essential pathways which lead to the maze exit. He therefore spends lifetimes living various pathways but never living others and not even realizing that he is meant to find the exit and then depart from the maze. He has no clear direction and no clear idea of what he is meant to achieve or where he is meant to be heading. He only knows to seek happiness and avoid pain and most of his growth evolves from this precept. He attempts to elect life alternatives which avoid pain, however he is not aware of his life lessons.
