I agree with many of the points the author makes in his analysis of the problems within the Catholic Church, and I applaud his recommnedations. However, I disagree with his view that we should not withhold our financial support in order to bring about change. Correctly, Rezanka compares the Church to a modern day corporation. In any business, when sales are down, heads roll. Why should the Church be any different? Continuing to provide financial support is hypocritical; it sends a message of tacit agreement with the moral and financial mismanagement they continue to perpetuate.
