Stemming from discrimination is sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is another issue that women and men are facing in the workplace. Ultimately, we all need to treat each other fairly and justly. Discrimination is mental. So, we must now plant positive seeds in the mind of our youth and the community as a whole.
