tissue cleansing through bowel mangement

I have used this cleansing for 20 something years now and do it faithfully every year with the guidance of this book. Actually This book has saved my life plus many others that I have helped with this book. Obviously I find the book very informative unlike one other person that gave a negative review. There always has to be a negative one in every group I guess. This is the one program that does really get results if you are interested in being healthy. I do use Jensen's older book because I like the program better than the newer years. It seems to get better results for me. thanks charlene

This will shock you into cleansing

I'm sad this book is out of print. Ten years ago I read this book and decided I needed to cleanse. You will see dramatic pictures of what comes out of people after they take pancreatin and do a colonic. I did this pancreatin cleanse 10 years ago and could not believe what came out. Essentially, when you eat the standard American diet, you are not eliminating, and the food starts to build up on the walls of your colon. Year after year, you build up more waste in your colon until it is a tar-like consistency. This book shows pictures of what comes out of people after a cleanse and all the different diseases that were cured by cleansing. There are step by step instructions to help you understand the process. This book is a classic and should be in every home!

powerful knowledge

The information presented in this easy-to-read book are vital for anybody who is interested in taking charge of his own health and get free of the mental and physical slavery of "traditional" medicine, based on suppressing symptoms with drugs and surgeries. I did the 7 day-fast with 2 colonic per day, and for sure is to describe with common words the explosive vitality and joy that get inside you right after the fast...and it last! Everything comes easy now, even the toughest decision. I'm looking forward to my second fast. If you enjoyed this book, go for this one: The tao of health, sex and longevity, by P. Reid.
