Tired Mama pairs positive phrases for moms with high contrast black and white images for infants. Research has shown that using black and white images in the first few months of life is very important to stimulate both vision and brain development. There are several black and white books on the market for infants, but nothing that also engages moms.

The purpose of the book is to support both moms and infants during the often challenging newborn stage.

As a Physician Assistant and mom of three little girls - my personal struggle with postpartum depression and firsthand experience caring for patients who suffer from this, motivated me to write this book.
