The golden marguerite, scientifically known as Anthemis tinctoria, is a perennial plant that resembles a daisy and is also known as yellow chamomile. This flower, in contrast to chamomile, bears flowers with disc-shaped petals that are a bright yellow color. Chamomile petals are white. The leaves has a delicate texture and a subtle perfume, very much like that of the more known types of chamomile. They are a popular choice for bouquets and gardens due to the length of their stems, which may reach up to two feet in height. Even though they are indigenous to the warmer, southern sections of Europe, you may frequently find them in North America, which has a climate that is more suitable for them. Golden marguerites have the potential to be poisonous to animals.
