Irwin has a winner.

Irwin has written a great book. It's easy to read and understand and the examples Irwin provides make you feel as if you're looking over his shoulder during the transaction. Would recommend to anyone that's interested in real estate.

Read Before You Make Offer

I read the new edition of Irwin's TIPS & TRAPS WHEN NEGOTIATING REAL ESTATE just before making an offer on a condo. I figure the book's ideas saved us at least $8,000 off the price. I'd recommend it to every buyer to read BEFORE you make your offer.

This book has some great ideas and techniques on how to negotiate real estate and make the deals go smoothly and profitably for you.
