Old Pencil Wood is under threat again. The Walken's at Under Ipsley Farm plan to change their small farm into a garden centre, so many trees will be felled, and much to Jake Walken's horror, his friends, his animal friends will have to go. Tip, and his squirrel friends team up with the beavers, badgers, slitherers, rats, spideries, owls, a falcon, and a clanky security-mindedfox (with handcuffs), to cause havoc with the builders.On his night flights to the farm gripped by Fazal the falcon, Tip befriends Jake, the young eyesdown to bring about a plan with Porridge the pig.The eyesdown's dilemma; they say they want a garden centre, or do they? the builders are not helping; is all the trouble worth it?
