She recounts a story about when Timmy receives his very first balloon, back when he was only 4 years old. The magic unfolds when Timmy, while playing with his balloon outside, accidentally releases it into the sky. From this point on, the story takes on a life of its own through the eyes of Boone (the balloon). As he travels higher and higher, a strange transformation takes place and a miracle happens and Boone's life begins. He weathers the harsh element as the winds take him to a magical place far far away. During his journey, he meets other balloons and makes a few special friends. Balloon Bay is a magical balloon carnival world where all balloons aspire to go. But getting there is very difficult and most balloons cannot make it.
