Ayn Akeson is a philosopher and poet who has taken the sacred literature of the Bible and provided a commentary honoring the ancient while addressing the contemporary. Always searching for esoteric truths and hidden insights, Ayn considers her discovery's not a finale, but an introduction to the intricacies of Bible teachings. Ayn now resides in Florida where she gains inspiration in the natural beauty of the vast ocean as well as the springs where living water moves beyond concept. This love of adventuring outdoors began on the eastern end of Long Island, of New York, where waterways and hiking trails were her childhood surroundings. Her love of reading blossomed early and the natural progression to a writing life was well established before her high school graduation, as she penned newsletters and other publications for school and church. Education seemed a natural inclination as Ayn became a teacher and worked in a private Christian school, and when her children were born always started them with on their own reading and writing journey, considering all mothers and fathers to be homeschooling parents as the first teachers of their children. Formal education much later included undergraduate and graduate studies in psychology, and a Master's in creative writing. These accomplishments rounded out her credentials and allowed Ayn to confidently publish her works as an academic and a woman of faith.
