Don't waste your money. The description said "detailed explanations, step-by-step instructions, and creative recipes," but this book contains none of those. It is repetitive, basic, and could have stated everything it said in two pages. There wasn't anything inaccurate insofar as it went, but it just kept saying the same things over again without ever giving any practical information whatsoever. I regret spending the money on it...
