Synopsis.
Time dividing lines are different epochs between the present, the past, and the future. Within these lines, the character Arthur Ferrara navigates his life in a frequent back-and-forth of undesired journeys across time. He learns to cope with this unusual situation of traveling to the past. However, after crossing a line into the future, he encounters events that will change his life. Returning to his present, he embarks on a frenetic journey in an attempt to remodel the future, changing the course of events that are yet to unfold.
During the time-travel journeys to the past, even with the character's interference, the past does not intertwine with the present time. Changes caused by natural actions or objective interactions altering certain historical facts only affect the new sequence, which follows as a parallel time, not interfering with the present time of the characters. In contrast, changes in the present time can influence future events. Nevertheless, it is equally impossible to alter what has already occurred in the future. In other words, times continue their courses as distinct, whether altered or unchanged. This is the fascinating and mysterious scenario of certain characters intersecting in different and parallel eras, divided by the curtains of time that open and close in various places around the world.
