Time and Methods Study in the Foaming Sector of a Magnetic Mattress Company. This book was a study carried out at a company that produces magnetic mattresses, located in the state of Paran . The work consisted of analysing the foaming sector (which produces foam in various densities for mattress assembly) using chronoanalysis. The first step was to get to know the sector (number of employees, which densities were produced and their respective quantities). Then work began on measuring the time taken to produce the foams. At the end of the measurements, improvements were proposed, which were accepted by management and coordination. After implementation, the gain in foam production time was verified and compared with the previous method.
