This is Matthew J DeLorey second book of poems he is a little more refined and a little more off kilter. I have been involved with art, poetry, dance, and drumming in some form since I was very young. I was published for one of my poems from a poetry contest when I 14 and have been interested in producing more of my poetry ever since. It was great for me to buy the poetry book with one of my poems in it but he contest was advertised in the Sunday comics so how serious could this have been. I have been continually writing especially in transition times in my life, college, near death experience, traveling in Europe etc. I wrote a lot when learning disabilities almost stopped me from graduating college, my emotional madness when I was first diagnosed a type 1 diabetic, and dealing with this transition. I have used poetry as a form of expression to deal with emotional challenges with in my life time
