And I hear a thundering chorus of - "What the hell is the Oregon Coast Institute of LooseEnds?" from the gathering host of onlookers. Well, in brief the institute is a repository of my own loose ends-- those things I have lying about which I intend to do something with -- after all these years. It is me in a rather large and disorganized nut shell. By default (and if they like it or not) the institute is also my family, friends, acquaintances, and the poor souls that have happened by at the wrong moment. You (all of you all that is) are welcomed to poke around. No rules apply at the institution, not that it is necessarily unruly, it is more a matter of unruled. Some of the content is inspired, some suggested, and some just arrived, unbidden, from the dark reaches of a slightly disturbed mind -- so lighten up-- enjoy the moment.
