Ticklebrick Tower

Meet the Magnificently Mixed-Up Residents of Ticklebrick Tower

Tangle Family

Mum: Mrs. Tallulah Tangle. A whirlwind of laughter and crumbs.
She believes sugar is one of the five food groups and that salad is a punishment.
Can make ten pancakes in three minutes - and spill twelve.

"Breakfast is the most important meal," she says,
"especially if you have it four times a day."

Dad: Mr. Trevor Tangle. A happy chaos of loud shirts, loud music, and louder snores.
He used to be a drummer, but now he mostly bangs pots.
Owns six pairs of mismatched socks and one very confused cat named Crumpet.

Tangle Twins: Milo and Monty (Age 8)

Two identical whirlwinds with opposite brains.
Milo plans. Monty plots.
Together, they cause enough trouble to make lightning jealous.

If it fizzes, bangs, burps, or pops - it's probably their fault.

They think vegetables are evil aliens and once tried to microwave broccoli to "see if it would explode."
(It did.)

Twist Family

Mum: Mrs. Matilda Twist. Green smoothies, yoga mats, and a constant smell of eucalyptus.
She believes chocolate is "a mood mistake" and kale is "a lifestyle."
Her motto: "Clean food, clean mind, clean soul."
Her children think she should clean her jokes instead.

Dad: Mr. Tobias Twist. A calm, quiet man who secretly hides jelly snakes in his desk drawer.
Once built a compost bin that hummed the tune to Waltzing Matilda.
Wears socks with little avocados on them and insists it's "ironic."

Twist Twins: Tilda and Trixie (Age 8)

Mirror-image masterminds.
They like books, lists, and justice.
They are the tidy to the Tangles' messy, the quiet to their loud...
Until someone touches their art supplies - then all bets are off.

They are clever, creative, and a tiny bit terrifying.

Finally... the house itself:

Ticklebrick Tower
Four storeys of slides, hatches, secrets, and suspicious snickers.
It creaks, hisses, hums, and occasionally giggles.
Sometimes it helps.
Sometimes it hides things.
Sometimes it sneezes dust on purpose.

"I'm not haunted," it once whispered, "just highly entertained."
