New World Order

I read another of Hayes' novel, "Jacob's Fire," and it was so good that I had to read more of her work. This is a frightening account in novel form on how the one-world government operates behind our back, and how cloning can bring harm to the world. It is truly an awesome read. I recommend it to everyone.

Thought-Provoking

This book has it all: horror, fine scientific facts blended with an engrossing plot, believable characters, superb storyline, and fine descriptions of the settings. This made me really think about what the government is doing behind our backs, and the ethics of cloning. I strongly encourage you to buy this book.

Engrossing!

This book kept me glued to my seat, reading it. I felt like I was on a roller coaster. And, wow! What a shoker and surprise ending!

This book definately kept me turning the pages and wanting to come back for more! I am an intense reader and it held my interest. It also has the groundwork for a sequel. Should make for a great movie!

A Frightening Scenario!

Devin Centis (pen name for Nan DeVincentis Hauyes) has written a truly exciting and thrilling story! She has hit on a particularly frightening aspect of our possible future, where our government instead of keeping our rights and protecting them is working tiresly to create a global powerhouse than will serve the chosen few. In her scenario, the governmet led by corrupt leaders is trying to form a global leadership where individual countries will forgo their independence and citizens their basic human rights. They do this by creating water and food shortages and most alarmingly by cloning humans. The clones, stronger and more resiliant than real humans will be the core of an army that will be totally loyal to the government and brutally ruthless.Centis obviously spent a lot of time researching and must have an extensive scientific background. The facts she presents are acurate and seem to exist already today.Her story will certainly give us a good jolt, make us look at ourselves in the mirror and stop and think about our future.The book is engaging, thrilling and provocative. I would whole heartedly recommend this book to anybody who is interested in science fiction (which is not so fiction any more..) and those who like to think about how our own future will look like.Highly Recommended!
