Superb Cuisine

We stayed at Ballymakeigh in August 1997, and had the opportunity to savor Margaret Brown's cooking first hand and tour the kitchen. We purchased her cookbook and have made many of her recipes all of which have been wonderful, but especially her Irish Soda Bread recipes. Well worth owning a copy.
