This book is a recount of my memories of growing up in the 40's and 50' in my Mother's house. It took many years for me to recall these memories and at the age of 65 I began to write them down as I could remember. The reason that I pursued writing this book is I have the privilege of moving back into the same house that I grew up in. I grew up in a wonderful family. I have written this book for my children & grandchildren. Hopefully they will enjoy my experiences and cherish the history of my life.
