I loved much but love only greeted me once. I have been married twice and engaged seven times but, still I only felt love from my second husband. My first husband let me know years ago that he only married me because he "felt sorry for me." That stung deep within me as I truly loved him. I would never trust him again with any part of me. Still, he was and is a fantastic father. The best father I have ever seen. He loves the children with every fiber of his being. I respect him for the father that he is to them. The great thing is that both children know and feel loved by both of us. They are our legacy.
