Every Business Owner or Budding Business Owner should read this book. Besides the humor, it gives great steps in building a thriving business that an owner can run as an entrepreneur, not self-employee. He shows how, in his own business as a DJ, he thought people were not hiring him because of his equipment, but it turned out to be something entirely different. When he asked a business mentor how to get the business after showing what he provided, the businessman mentor immediately saw the problem and asked him? "Would you hire you? Look at yourself and what you are doing..." That advice changed everything! Clayt has many stories of people he mentored who took his advice and took action, and those who did not. It is a great read!
