This book is reformatted "Research" that was completed November 1981. It is a study of the actual cultural role of three Michigan Polish Juridical National Parishes at their formation, during a time of crises between the forces of Americanization and cultural pluralism, and the present: St. Albertus in Detroit, St. Mary of Czestochowa in rural Dwight Township, and All Saints in Flint. Today, these three Juridical National Parishes remain vital. American born parishioners of Polish descent still live amid some of the same conflicts between Americanization forces and cultural pluralism. See pages 23 to 28 for more Second Vatican Council Documents Information and the relevance to the "Year of Faith".
