THREE POINT PLAY DAILY DEVOTIONAL: Inspiration from Basketball and Life

The Three Point Play daily devotional consists of three parts: the Word, an inspirational quote, and a prayer. The Word is designed for you to encounter the Father through his written word in the Bible. As 2 Timothy 3:16-17 says, "All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work." As you process through the Word, don't be afraid to ask the Father through prayer what He means if you are unsure. All the verses are taken from the NASB, unless otherwise noted. The inspirational quotes are from leaders in basketball, or leaders in our world, intended to motivate you to pursue being the best you can be and make a difference in the world. The prayers are designed to process the word with the Lord and ask Him questions. The questions should cause you to stop, listen, and reflect, leading to a deeper connection in conversation with Him.
