From Lust to Love

Threads of Passion is the story of a woman's sexual,emotioinal, spiritual journey from lust to mature love. While Lexi develops as an individual and emotionally mature woman there is a parallel evolution of her sexuality. We follow Lexi on her journey and gain insight into her development and our own. This is a great book to read for self reflection, or for discussion with a book group, partner or adult child. It opens up many areas for reflection and discussion. Beautifully written and thoughtfully conceived.

wonderful blend of erotica and womanhood

If you like erotica, you will love this book. It has beautifully written sexual scenes, one after another. But it's more than that; it's about a woman who turns her life around, making it much richer by putting sex and spirituality at the center. Lexi, the heroine, over the years, works to make these the great energizing and propelling forces of her life. As one who identified with this week's Newsweek cover story on the epidemic of working couples with children who have sidelined sex, I said to myself, "I think Lexi is on to something." I'm giving "Threads of Passion" to my husband to read on vacation-- and I think he'll really like it. Maybe you and your spouse would too.

Being a guy, I never read "women's fiction." I made an exception when my wife asked me to read Threads of Passion, and am I ever glad I did!This is one of the most frankly erotic books I have ever read. The settings are lush, and some of the passages are positively steamy. They are also some of the most beautifully and sensitively written explorations of the many sides of sensuality that I have encountered. I found the heroine's journey from dissatisfaction to lust to commitment to deep and lasting fulfillment a profoundly evocative, moving -- and, yes, transcendent -- experience.So guys, if you've ever wanted to learn -- from a woman's point of view -- how women experience passion, do yourselves a favor and read this book. Give a copy to your loved one -- she will find it a real treat and appreciate your interest and sensitivity to her needs. I might also suggest that reading it together might open a new chapter in your relationship.

.I always enjoy Sandra Brown,Jude Deveraux and Julie Garwood...now I can add Holly Hayes to my list.....A very well written and I think easy read book....It brought back some wispy moments in my life...She too has captured the essence of what we women like to read ....I hope her next book is soon!
