Just to be clear, this once was my diary. As a teenaged girl who is mentally unstable, these lines don't come from anywhere. Those are my thoughts, my statements and above all, my feelings. Everybody has their own feelings which shouldn't be changed at any costs. The following words are very personal. However, since the generality is not very interested in the mental health of their fellow human beings these days, I have decided to put my thoughts on paper and publish them. I just want to point out that it's human to show your feelings. These thoughts stem from several people in my past and possibly present. I've been gorging on these written words for years. I know it's easier said than done, but I would still encourage you to reach out and talk to someone you trust, if you struggle with your mental health. It doesn't matter whether it's friends, parents, therapists, or teachers. Everything is easier when you find the right person(s) to talk to.
