A poetry diary written within a year or so that contains everything I felt on days of extreme emotions. When I was extremely happy or sad or when I felt hopeless or empowered. I didn't hide anything I felt within these pages. It was the place I truly felt like I could be myself. I could never get away from my anxiety disorder or my OCD but, it let me let it all go and process everything.
