This is the story of a young slave who fights in an arena underground. He doesn't know anything about his past or how he got to where he is now. All he knows is that his name is Aegir and that he is strong.
He kills the boss one day, gets out of the arena, and joins a group of mercenaries as a new member. During one mission, they meet Lucy, a vampire who is so strong that she kills the whole group. Lucy lets Aegir stay at her house after she finds out that he only knows how to kill. She teaches him and takes care of him.
Two years go by, and on the day Aegir leaves, they both agree that he can take her as his wife if he becomes king and owns the land of Erg forest. Aegir set out on a journey to become a hero and a king, and he ended up starting his own kingdom.
