A clear and profound guide to end suffering!

I love how simple and straightforward this guide is. It is based on a course in miracles principles, so it is incredibly profound, yet Hoffmeister has a light hearted and practical approach. There are lots of exercises. It’s like Eckhart Tolle’s, The Power of Now and A course in Miracles combined into one practical book. Highly recommend for therapists, counselors, life coaches, anyone seeking understanding of the human experience, anyone struggling with addictiom, anyone who is looking for freedom. I will be ordering copies to give away!
