This Might Hurts

Writers are obsessive. And anyone who is not, is not a writer. I use only my own Art and photographs in crafting my books. It saves on paying and involving other professionals, and it provides me with exactly what I want to fill out my ideas. Everything you see I either painted, drew, wrote, or designed. Also, I have never entered a contest or won a prize. I am self-taught, although I have an extensive education from UC San Diego and USD. I am not in a writing group. I therefore don't "preview my work" while it's in progress. I don't do stand-up readings to "get my material out there," and I don't bang on doors that never open just so I can "find an audience". I write obsessively, and well, and I have published a lot of books in the past many years. You should read them, and this book especially, because it is deep, with a lot of ironic humor, and it will inform and entertain you while we journey down this road we're on comparing notes and trying to figure out whether it is worth our time to travel. (Hint: It is. Some might even point you to Jonah 4: 9-11, but not me.) (Okay, I just did. That was me.) This Might Hurts! (Goes good with Mahler Symphony No. 4 in G Major.)
