Kurals 25 and 861 offer a solution to world- peace: THIS CONCEPT, IF PRACTICED, WILL PREVENT WAR AND ENABLE WORLD-PEACE ). Leo Tolstoy highlighted on this point ...... (Appendix 1&2). The poet puts the responsibility, on the shoulders of righteous persons in the world, in kural 989, to prevent a world- war leading to 'apocalypse' of the world.
