Thirteen Doorways, another reason to love this book behind them all.

13 Doorways was easy to follow (the writing style was very nice) yet also complex in its exploration of the characters, as well as in its themes (primarily revolving around death and letting go). The narrator's characterization is interesting and fits wonderfully within the context of her situation. There isn't a single line within this book that doesn't come across as carefully crafted. An excellent read for anyone who may be feeling lost or stuck (should you wish to relate to the characters you read about) or for anyone simply looking for an interesting piece of historical/supernatural fiction.
