A Useful Book for Our Busy Lives!

In "Thirsting For God" you will find, as the previous reviewer said in their great review several excerpts from Mother Theresa. They are in form of daily writings starting on January 1st and ending on December 31st. You will also find writings from Angelo D. Scolozzi who was very close to Mother Theresa and who was responsible for compiling this great book. He tells of the times he witnessed Mother Theresa visit the homes of the sick and describes her by detailing his experinces with "Mother", as he called her, doing beautiful work for others in the loving name of Jesus! I highly recommend this book to everybody who leads a busy life but wants to stay close to God through someone who devoted their life to Christ. "Thirsting for God" is not just for Christians but can speak volumes to people of all faiths because Mother Theresa was a witness of true love by her unconditional love for humanity.

The author worked with Mother Teresa for 21 years. Most of the reflections are never before seen quotes from Mother Teresa. The book's readings are well placed and fit the Church seasons. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO START EACH DAY. BTW Fr. Angelo is the head of Mother's Third Order(lay)so he's the real deal not just some guy who did a book on the soon to be saint.
