Growing up in one of the most dangerous cities in Northern California, a young girl lives in constant fear as she is surrounded by the everyday sounds of gunshots, killings ,drug dealing, prostitution, gang activity drug bust, , and everything bad that came along with growing up in the hood. Her life would eventually take a turn for the worse as she herself is a victim of rape, torture, and abuse. This not only traumatized her, but damaged her so bad that she would eventually lead to her devastating attempts to end her life in order to escape the emotional damage she never thought she would come back from. Her life was a living hell! As she struggled to get through each and everyday. All she kept asking herself was if there was ever a way out, or is this it for me. Luckily her faith in God would answer this exact question.
