These Three Things: Featuring Benny The Bear

By Scott Andrews

Meet Benny, a curious little bear with a big heart and an even bigger discovery When Benny finds a mysterious book called "These Three Things" by the riverside, he has no idea how it will transform not just his life, but the lives of all the bears in his community.

Inside this magical book, Benny discovers three simple but powerful secrets to living his best bear life: eating well with plenty of fruits and vegetables (and just the right amount of honey ), getting proper sleep that leaves him energized for adventures, and maintaining a positive focus that brightens even the cloudiest of days.

With endearing enthusiasm, Benny shares these newfound wisdom gems with his Papa Bear, and together they embark on a journey toward healthier, happier living. As they make these small but significant changes, something remarkable happens - the entire bear community takes notice and follows their lead

Through Benny's heartwarming story, children will learn valuable lessons about nutrition, rest, and positive thinking in a delightful, accessible way. The charming illustrations bring Benny's meadow world to vibrant life, making these important wellness concepts both entertaining and memorable.

This uplifting tale reminds young readers that everyone, no matter how small, has the power to make choices that lead to a healthier, happier life - and sometimes, those choices can inspire an entire community
